Patients who have paid for services and are eligible for a refund may opt to receive a coupon of equivalent
value instead of a monetary refund. This coupon can be used for future healthcare services at Aum Hospital.
3.2. Coupon Terms :
Coupons issued by Aum Hospital are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.
The coupon value is valid for a specified period and must be used within that timeframe.
Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless otherwise specified.
